RM130

RM130 (NEMA FR-4) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium-weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a brominated epoxy resin system. RM130 is designed for a variety of mechanical and electrical applications and is suitable for cams, dowels, inserts, bushings, rings, collars, sleeves, spacers, insulators, timing wheels, and light duty gears. RM130M meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27*, Type GEE-F.

RM310

RM310 (NEMA C) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium-weave cotton reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM310 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM. RM310 is designed for a variety of mechanical applications and is suitable for inserts, bushings, flanges, cams, gaskets, collars, bearings, spacers, plugs, dowels, insulators, and pillow blocks.

RM310E

RM310E (NEMA CE) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium-fine weave cotton reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM310E complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/14, Type FBG. RM310E is designed for electrical and mechanical applications and is suitable for inserts, bushings, cams, gaskets, collars, bearings, spacers, plugs, dowels, insulators, and light-duty gears.

RM315

RM315 is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of medium-weave cotton reinforcement with a phenolic resin system, enhanced with a self-lubricating graphite modifier. With mechanical properties similar to NEMA C and MIL-I-24768/16 materials, RM315 is designed for mechanical applications, including bushings, flanges, cams, gaskets, collars, bearings, pillow blocks, timing wheels, and light-duty gears.

RM320

RM320 (NEMA L) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a fine-weave cotton reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM320 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/15, Type FBI. RM320 is designed for electrical and mechanical applications, including inserts, bushings, cams, gaskets, collars, bearings, spacers, and light-duty gears.

RM320H

RM320H (NEMA L) is a heat treated version of RM320, RM320H rolled and molded rods are made from a fine weave (linen) cotton fabric combined with a phenolic resin system. RM320H is used for electrical and mechanical applications, meeting NEMA L requirements.

RM320LE

RM320LE (NEMA LE) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a fine-weave cotton reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM320LE complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/13, Type FBE. RM320LE is designed for electrical and mechanical applications, including inserts, bushings, cams, gaskets, collars, bearings, spacers, and light-duty gears.

RM326

RM326 is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a fine-weave cotton reinforcement combined with an epoxy resin system. With properties similar to NEMA LE and MIL-I-24768/13 materials, RM326 is designed for electrical and mechanical applications, such as bushings, gaskets, collars, bearings, spacers, insulators, and light-duty gears.

RM329

RM329 is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a fine-weave cotton reinforcement combined with a melamine resin system. RM329 is a harder material than linen/phenolic composites, nevertheless it machines very well with standard machining equipment. The product is sometimes chosen for decorative parts because of its white color simulating ivory.

RM500A

RM500A (NEMA G-10) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium- weave glass reinforcement combined with an epoxy resin system. RM500A complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE. RM500A is designed for high electrical and mechanical strength and is suitable for inserts, bushings, cams, rings, collars, spacers, plugs, dowels, insulators, timing wheels, and light-duty gears.

RM504

RM504 (NEMA G-3, Type) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium- weave glass reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM504 combines high mechanical strength with high-temperature resistance for ablative-type conditions. RM504 has properties similar to NEMA G-3 and MIL-I-24768/18*, Type GPG materials (Although listed, there are no requirements). RM504 is suitable for plugs, dowels, inserts, bushings, collars, spacers, thermal isolation, and insulators.

RM505

RM505 (NEMA G-5) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium-weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a melamine resin system. RM505 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/8, Type GMG and is designed for high electrical and mechanical strength, along with arc and flame resistance. RM505 is suitable for plugs, dowels, inserts, bushings, collars, spacers, and insulators in applications where the humidity is low, and should not be used when immersed in water.

RM511A

RM511A (NEMA G-10, Type) is a thermoset rolled and molded composite consisting of a medium-heavy weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a high-temperature epoxy resin system. The properties of this composite material are similar to those of NEMA G-11 and MIL-I-24768/3; however, rods are not a recognized form by either specification. RM511A provides high electrical and mechanical strength at elevated temperatures of 150°C and above. RM511A is suitable for inserts, bushings, cams, rings, collars, spacers, plugs, dowels, insulators, timing wheels, and light-duty gears.

RM629

RM629 (NEMA XX) is a thermoset molded composite consisting of an electrical grade of paper reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM629 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/11, Type PBG. This paper phenolic product is designed for a variety of electrical and mechanical applications, including plugs, dowels, inserts, spacers, washers, bushings, and insulators.

RM630

RM630 (NEMA XXX) is a thermoset molded composite consisting of an electrical grade paper reinforcement combined with a phenolic resin system. RM630 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/10, Type PBE. RM630 is designed for a variety of electrical and mechanical applications, including plugs, dowels, inserts, spacers, washers, bushings, and insulators.
