RT130

RT130 (NEMA FR-4) is a tubular thermoset composite material consisting of medium weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a flame retardant epoxy resin system. RT130 meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27*, Type GEE-F. It is designed for high electrical and mechanical strength, as well as flame resistance. This composite tubing product is suitable for cams, inserts, bushings, gaskets, rings, collars, sleeves, spacers, insulators, timing wheels, light duty gears, and laser housings.

RT130M

RT130M (NEMA FR-4) thermoset composite tubing consists of a medium weave glass fabric combined with a flame retardant epoxy resin system. RT130M meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27*, Type GEE-F. RT130M is designed for electrical and mechanical strength, as well as flame retardance. RT130M is suitable for cams, inserts, bushings, gaskets, rings, collars, sleeves, spacers, insulators, timing wheels, light duty gears, and laser housings.

RT130X

RT130X (NEMA FR-4) thermoset composite tubing consists of a fine weave glass fabric combined with a flame retardant epoxy resin system. RT130X meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27*, Type GEE-F. It is designed for electrical and mechanical strength as well as flame retardance. Typical applications for RT130X include bushings, spacers and other structural parts that require excellent machining characterisitics.

RT500

RT500 (NEMA G-10) is a tube produced from a coarse weave woven glass fabric reinforcement combined with a epoxy resin system. This fiberglass tube meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE, and is designed for demanding electrical and mechanical applications, including cams, rings, collars, inserts, bushings, cryogenic beakers, flasks or tanks, spacers, insulators, timing wheels, neck tubes, rotor sleeves, laser housings, light duty gears, and fluid and gas transfer.

RT500F

RT500X meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and is designed for demanding electrical and mechanical applications that require fine machining. RT500X is suitable for rings, collars, inserts, bushings, cryogenic beakers, flasks or tanks, spacers, insulators, neck tubes, rotor sleeves, and fluid and gas transfer piping and gaskets.

RT511

RT511 is manufactured using a course weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a high temperature epoxy resin system. It meets the requirements of NEMA G-10, MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEB, with the added feature of having excellent strength at elevated temperatures. Typical applications include bushings, spacers, and structural parts for power generation equipment.

RT511F

RT511F is composed of fine weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a high temperature epoxy resin system. With properties similar to NEMA G-10 and MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEB materials, RT511F is designed for high electrical and mechanical strength in applications that require fine machining. It also maintains more than 50% of its original strength at 150°C. RT511F is suitable for inserts, rings, collars, bushings, cryogenic breakers, flasks or tanks, spacers, insulators, neck tubes, rotor sleeves, and fluid and gas transfer.

RT511H

RT511H is a heat treated version of RT511, RT511H uses a heavy weave glass fabric substrate meeting all of the requirements of NEMA G-10, with the added feature of having excellent strength at elevated temperatures. Typical applications include bushings, spacers and structural parts for power generation equipment.

RT511M

RT511M is composed of medium weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with a high temperature epoxy resin system. With properties similar to NEMA G-10 and MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEB materials, RT511M is designed for high electrical and mechanical strength and maintains most of its original strength at 150°C. RT511M is suitable for cams, inserts, rings, collars, bushings, beakers, spacers, insulators, light duty gears, timing wheels, neck tubes, rotor sleeves, laser housings, and fluid and gas transfer.

RT520M

RT520M (NEMA G-10) is composite tube produced from a medium weave glass fabric reinforcement combined with an epoxy resin system. RT520M meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE. RT520 is designed for demanding electrical and mechanical applications, including cams, rings, collars, inserts, bushings, cryogenic beakers, flasks or tanks, spacers, insulators, timing wheels, neck tubes, rotor sleeves, laser housings, light duty gears, and fluid and gas transfer.

RT520MH

RT520MH (NEMA G-10) is a heat treated version of RT520M, RT520MH has excellent electrical properties under humid conditions, combined with superior physical properties. RT520MH is used when NEMA G-10 recognition for rolled round tubes is required. Manufactured with a medium weight glass fabric and epoxy resin, RT520MH is not flame resistant.

RT520X

RT520X (NEMA G-10) is a composite tube produced from an extra fine weave (light weight) glass reinforcement combined with an epoxy resin system. RT521M

RT521M combines excellent electrical characteristics with good physical characteristics including excellent electrical properties maintained in high humidity conditions. This tube has been designed and produced for use in cryogenic applications.

RT571

RT571 (NEMA G-10) is simular to RT511 using a heavy weave glass fabric substrate. It has excellent strength at elevated temperatures but has been formulated to faciliate the production of thick walled tubes (up to 4 times thicker than RT511).
